BioSephiroth follows canon up until the time he was pushed into the lifestream. After waking up in the Northern Crater five years later, he stumbled his way into the Nexus-a multiversal hub-insane and holding Jenova's severed head.
After the help of some of the citizens of the Nexus, Sephiroth was able to let go of Jenova's head. Restored to his mind, he was overcome by grief at what he had done. He was a broken soul.
He's remained in the Nexus, after finding the Zack from his world and has taken to living in apartments in the Nexus, slowly getting over what he had done, and is preparing to go back to his world to help AVALANCHE take down ShinRa.
He has a daemon, a peregrine falcon named Giselle.
